Unclaimed, claimed, and verified — what each means
RungMark uses precise, factual status labels. Each one describes ownership or a specific review, and nothing more.
State 1
Information compiled from publicly available sources.
The provider does not manage this profile yet, and RungMark is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
State 2
An authorized organization representative manages the profile.
Claiming means an approved representative can keep the listing accurate. It is not a quality, safety or endorsement guarantee.
State 3
Specific business information has been separately reviewed by RungMark.
Verification always states exactly what was checked and when — for example, “Business identity reviewed June 2026.” It covers only those items.
What these labels never mean
- Quality verified
- Safety verified
- Endorsed by RungMark
- Recommended or ranked
What they do mean
- Claimed: this organization manages its RungMark profile.
- Verified: the specific business details listed were reviewed, with dates.
Families always see which state a profile is in.
Make it easier for families to decide what to try.
Families usually need the same practical details before they'll try something. Clear, current information reduces guesswork — and back-and-forth for you.
Receive more useful questions.
When inquiries arrive, they can be tied to a specific activity — so a question comes with the context of exactly which program a family is asking about.
- Request a trial class
- Ask about availability
- Request more information
Inquiries land in your provider dashboard inbox, where you can review each one before deciding to accept or decline.
What the family journey looks like
A parent searches, sees the practical details that matter, and reaches out about a specific program. Nothing here is a paid placement.

RungMark may surface programs that fit — based on the facts in your profile, not who paid.

Questions from providers
Is it free to create a provider profile?
Yes — creating a profile, receiving inquiries, and accepting or declining them are all free. Confirming that a family actually paid for a service period creates a $50 referral fee you owe RungMark, up to 3 periods ($150 maximum) per family, which you pay yourself through your Billing page — RungMark never charges you automatically.
How does claiming a profile work?
You sign in, choose your organization, provide evidence of your relationship, and accept the Provider Terms. RungMark reviews the request before granting management access — claiming is never instant.
What does Verified mean?
Verified means RungMark separately reviewed specific business information and states exactly what was checked and when. It is not a quality, safety or endorsement guarantee.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. A provider account represents your organization, and each organization can have multiple locations, each with its own programs.
Can I add multiple programs?
Yes. You can list multiple activities per location, each with its own ages, schedule, price, format and trial availability.
Can families contact me through RungMark?
Family inquiries — such as requesting a trial or asking about availability — can be tied to a specific activity and arrive in your provider dashboard. Contact details stay locked until you accept the inquiry, which is free; declining is free too. Accepting also requires agreeing to the Referral Terms, which explain how the $50 referral fee works — but accepting itself never costs anything.
How does the referral fee work?
Accepting an inquiry is a one-time setup — you agree to the Referral Terms — but it never costs anything by itself. Families pay tuition or service fees directly to you; RungMark does not process those payments. When you confirm a paid service period actually happened for that family, it creates a $50 referral fee you owe RungMark, capped at 3 periods ($150 maximum) per family. You pay RungMark for confirmed periods yourself through your provider Billing page — RungMark does not automatically charge you.
Can I correct information on my profile?
After claiming your profile, you can keep your details current. Families can also report information that looks inaccurate.
